Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 25 March 2026

LiviCode Tech Solutions Ltd is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

1. Our Commitment

We believe that good digital experiences should be available to all users regardless of disability, device, or circumstance. As a digital consultancy, accessibility is not an afterthought — it is a core part of how we approach our own work as well as the work we do for clients.

2. What We Have Done

We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility on this website:

  • Semantic HTML5 elements used throughout (header, main, footer, nav, section, article)
  • All images include descriptive alt attributes, or aria-hidden="true" for decorative images
  • Keyboard navigation is fully supported — all interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard
  • A visible "Skip to main content" link is provided for keyboard and screen reader users
  • Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
  • Focus indicators are clearly visible on all interactive elements
  • All animations and transitions respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query
  • Form fields include visible labels and appropriate name attributes
  • ARIA landmark roles and labels are used where appropriate
  • The page language is declared (lang="en")
  • Duplicate carousel items are hidden from assistive technology (aria-hidden, tabindex="-1")

3. Conformance Status

The following table summarises our current conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA criteria across the main areas of the website:

Criterion Status Notes
Keyboard accessibility Supported All navigation, forms, and buttons are keyboard operable
Colour contrast Supported All text meets a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio
Text alternatives for images Supported All informative images have alt text
Responsive / mobile friendly Supported Layout adapts to all viewport sizes
Reduced motion support Supported Animations disabled when OS preference is set
Focus indicators Supported Visible cyan focus ring on all focusable elements
Form labels and error messages Partial Labels present; inline error messages are in progress

4. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas that are not yet fully compliant and are actively working to address them:

  • Inline form error messages: Currently, form validation errors are not communicated inline to screen readers. We intend to add ARIA live region announcements for form errors in a future update.
  • Third-party CMS admin panel: The /admin/ section is powered by Decap CMS, a third-party tool. We do not have direct control over its accessibility but are monitoring it.

5. Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you experience any barriers or have difficulty accessing any content, please get in touch:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 working days.
