Accountancy · Financial Services

Livicode Tech Solutions × MaynMoy Accountancy

A growing accountancy practice needed more than a single generic page. We designed and built dedicated, accessible landing pages for each of the firm's audiences — launched in weeks, documented for the firm's own team.

Visit site →

Challenge

One generic homepage was being asked to serve every audience — individual clients, business clients and referral partners — with no dedicated way in for any of them.

Approach

We designed and built dedicated, accessible landing pages for each audience, using the same static-first, AI-accelerated build process behind every Livicode Tech Solutions site.

Outcome

Dedicated, accessible pages live for each key audience, handed over fully documented so the practice's own team can maintain them without us.

Church · Registered Charity · South East London

Livicode Tech Solutions × Greater Grace Church

Greater Grace Church is an international family church and registered charity in South East London, with an in-person congregation and gatherings online midweek. It needed a website its own volunteers could keep current between Sundays — sermons, events, and the practical details of visiting — without a developer on call.

Visit site →

Challenge

The church's previous website was out of date, hard for volunteers to manage, and broken in places — yet it still had to carry a new sermon every Sunday, a rolling calendar of in-person and online gatherings, and several ministries and giving appeals.

Approach

We designed and built an accessible WordPress site around the church's own sections, with a sermon archive that pulls in new messages automatically and a single events calendar for recurring services — the same static-first, AI-accelerated build process behind every Livicode Tech Solutions site.

Outcome

A site the church team runs themselves: new sermons appear without anyone opening the CMS, events are managed from one calendar, and visiting, giving and getting involved each have a clear route through — built to WCAG 2.2 AA and handed over documented.

Power sector commercial advisory

Livicode Tech Solutions × MACIEV Consulting

A brand-new site for a power-sector commercial advisory firm, designed and built from scratch in five days.

Visit site →

Challenge

MACIEV Consulting launched with direct experience advising power producers, utilities, regulators and investors — but no website at all. They needed a single site credible enough to speak to all four audiences from day one.

Approach

We designed and built the full site from scratch — structure, design and development — segmenting the homepage around MACIEV's four audiences and their AI-enabled Contract Intelligence capability, with one clear route to enquire.

Outcome

A complete site, live in five days from a standing start, ready for MACIEV to launch on.

Smiling boys raising their hands in a classroom

Children's Foundation · Kampala, Uganda

Livicode Tech Solutions × The David Shelton Foundation

The David Shelton Foundation supports vulnerable, orphaned and street-connected children in Kampala, Uganda — particularly boys aged 7–18 — through street outreach, safe shelter, education support and essential needs. It needed a website that tells that story with care and gives supporters a clear way to help.

Visit site →

Challenge

The Foundation had never had a website. Its first one had to work hard from day one: because the Foundation works with children whose dignity and safety come first, the site had to explain four interconnected programmes and a five-step approach to donors, volunteers and partners — while being open about safeguarding and governance, and never presenting stock or illustrative imagery as real beneficiaries.

Approach

We designed and built a custom WordPress theme around the Foundation's four pillars — protection, learning, wellbeing and opportunity — with a page for each programme, dedicated safeguarding, governance and accessibility pages, a blog, and a public media-credits page that labels every stock, AI-generated and client-supplied image.

Outcome

The Foundation's first website, designed and built from scratch in 5 days: clear routes to donate, volunteer and partner, safeguarding and governance published openly, and a WordPress site the Foundation's own team updates themselves as they add their own photography and stories.

Community Interest Company · Bexley, Greenwich & Dartford

Livicode Tech Solutions × BeyondBraidz CIC

BeyondBraidz CIC uses braiding, hair care, textile art and other cultural creative practices to help young people, women and families build skills, confidence and community across Bexley, Greenwich and Dartford. Founded in 2023, it runs certified training, wellbeing circles, schools workshops and research partnerships.

Visit site →

Challenge

BeyondBraidz needed to replace its old website with one that could serve very different audiences at once: young people and women looking for a programme, headteachers booking enrichment days, researchers and funders looking for evidence, and donors and shoppers supporting free places. The site had to give each of them a clear way in, take bookings, donations and orders, and handle personal data and safeguarding with the care expected of an organisation that works with children.

Approach

We designed and built a custom WordPress theme around audience pathways: a page for each of eight programmes, workshop listings people can apply and pay for online, school bookings with invoices available, PayPal donations alongside bank-transfer details, and a small shop whose hair oil and e-book sales fund free programme places. One contact form handles parents, schools, researchers, donors and would-be volunteers, with the volunteer follow-up questions built in. Consent checkboxes, reCAPTCHA, an opt-in analytics banner and click-to-load video keep it privacy-first, and the safeguarding, privacy and cookie policies are published openly.

Outcome

A replacement site, designed and built in under a week, where BeyondBraidz takes workshop bookings, donations and shop orders, grows a mailing list through a free e-book sample, publishes its research and articles, and gives everyone from a first-time participant to a funder a clear route in, and which the BeyondBraidz team updates themselves in WordPress.

More case studies, on the way

Further case studies from our healthcare, local-government and financial-services work are being prepared for publication with client approval. Where a client can't be named, we'll publish an abstracted, anonymised version instead — but we won't publish a figure or a quote that hasn't been verified. This page will grow as each one clears approval.
